Hello AI Enthusiasts,
You have product photos to organize, a catalog to update and a webpage to check.
OpenAI’s new GPT-6.1 Terra is designed to help with tasks like these. It can interpret images, work across apps and write up the results.
Today: where to find it, the infrastructure behind Google’s AI agents and new AI-assisted science.
👇 Later: 10 ideas that shaped AI agents—with prompts you can try.

🧠 OpenAI’s new model can work across your apps
OpenAI introduced GPT-6.1 Terra on October 26. It combines image understanding, computer use and writing.

OpenAI says it can help with tasks such as matching product photos to catalog entries, reviewing campaign assets and filling out forms.
For developers, standard API pricing is $1 per million input tokens and $5 per million output tokens. OpenAI says that’s half the standard API price of GPT-5.6 Terra and GPT-6.1 Sol.
Where to find it: GPT-6.1 Terra is available in ChatGPT Work and Codex on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu plans, and through the API. In ChatGPT Work, select it under Advanced. Browser and computer use have setup and access requirements.
The useful check: Start with a task you can review. Check the changes before publishing or sending anything.

Our new Medium guide breaks down 10 research ideas behind AI agents, with a prompt you can try for each one. The examples cover tool use, memory, planning and self-review.
The guide also shows where the exercises fell short: a simulated reviewer missed unsupported claims, and a reusable invoice prompt invented details.
Worth knowing: The prompts illustrate the ideas; they don’t recreate the original research systems.
