📊 The Big Picture

Greenhouse brings recruiting work into Claude

Greenhouse launched its Claude integration on October 22. Recruiters and hiring managers can ask about live hiring data, review stalled candidates and turn interview notes into draft scorecards.

With approved access, they can also update records and schedule interviews.

The integration follows existing Greenhouse permissions. It is in open beta for Greenhouse Recruiting customers on Core, Plus and Pro plans.

For applicants, this doesn’t establish a new scoring formula or a shortcut through screening. Greenhouse says people remain responsible for every hiring decision.

What 1,907 U.S. AI job postings asked for

TripleTen’s analysis found that employers want more than experience using AI tools.

Across the roles studied:

  • 60% of AI implementation postings asked for aligning teams and leadership.

  • 69% of AI analyst postings asked for data analysis.

  • 61% of client-facing AI postings asked for explaining and advising.

Your move: Pair an AI skill with experience you already have—coordinating projects, analyzing data or helping customers.

The study covers LinkedIn postings from July–August, not the entire job market. TripleTen also sells career-training programs.

Most AI Tools Weren't Built for This

B2B customer issues move across teams and systems, not through a single chat window. A new Harvard Business Review Analytic Services briefing paper, sponsored by Front, breaks down where AI tools fall short in B2B service and what to ask before you invest.

Use AI to prepare your next job application

Our Medium guide combines NotebookLM, an ATS Resume Analyzer and Claude to research a company, compare your resume with a job description, and draft cover letters and interview answers.

Start with one role. Keep every claim grounded in your experience and review the suggestions before applying.

An analyzer’s score doesn’t predict an employer’s decision or guarantee you’ll pass screening.

Design a protein—and submit it for lab testing

Adaptyv’s Design a Protein website guides you through using AI to create proteins targeting the GLP-1 receptor, a target behind medicines such as Ozempic.

You can choose interaction sites, generate designs and submit them to the Anthropic × Adaptyv Protein Design Competition for potential lab testing.

These are experimental designs. Targeting a receptor doesn’t establish that a protein works as a medicine or is safe for people.
