Hello AI Enthusiasts,

You’re away from your laptop, but want an update on something AI is handling.

OpenAI is starting to let users text their ChatGPT agent—and receive updates through their phone’s messaging app.

Today: who gets access, Google’s new coding model and Microsoft’s latest image editor.

👇 Later: Build an anime prompt-generator app with our Lovable guide.

🧠 Your ChatGPT agent can text you first

OpenAI has started rolling out texting for dots, its AI agents that handle ongoing work.

You can reach your dot through iMessage or RCS. It can also send you updates proactively, with the same memory and connected plugins it uses inside ChatGPT.

Check access: The beta is starting with Pro users in the U.S.

To set it up, open your dot’s profile in ChatGPT and select Texting. Your phone needs iMessage or RCS enabled.

OpenAI says only you can text your dot, and it can only text you. The feature doesn’t give it access to your other text conversations.

When someone asks AI what to buy, be the answer.

Search didn't die. It moved. Your buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity what to buy, and they act on the answer they get.

That answer is assembled from sources most companies have never looked at. If you're not in there, a competitor is.

ChatFeatured is the AEO platform that does the work to get you in AI answers: See exactly what AI says about you, and how you stack up against competitors on every major engine.

Ask the built-in analyst agent why AI skips you, and get the specific fixes. Publish content engineered to get cited, then watch every AI bot that crawls your site.

Vessel grew its AI visibility 2,200%+. Most customers see their first citations inside 7 days.

🔹 Google’s new model tackles longer coding jobs

Google introduced Gemini 4 Carbon on October 28, with improvements in coding and cybersecurity.

Google says its internal teams have seen Carbon work for days on engineering problems, including tracking down and patching bugs.

Check access: It’s initially going to selected cyber defenders and trusted partners. Broad consumer and developer access is still coming. See what Carbon can do—and who gets access →

🔹NVIDIA lets you choose how a transcript reads

Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe handles 40 languages and recordings up to an hour.

Builders can request verbatim speech, cleaned-up wording, speaker labels or timestamps. NVIDIA released model weights and adaptation tools; this requires deployment rather than simply opening a meeting app. Explore the model and transcription options →

🔹 Microsoft’s new editor changes your product’s surroundings

MAI Image 2.7 launched in preview on October 27. It edits existing images, including lighting, backgrounds and text within a picture.

Try it through MAI Playground, Arena or Artificial Analysis. Compare product labels and details with your original before using an edit.

Try it with your own product photo

🛠️ Build your own anime prompt generator

Our Medium walkthrough shows how to build a Lovable app that creates two paired prompts: one for a storyboard image and another for animating it.

Enter a setting, character, mood and other story details. The app assembles the prompts, with copy buttons and preset ideas to get started.

The guide includes build instructions, mobile checks and our tests using ChatGPT image generation and Kling.

What our test revealed: Uploading the storyboard as a video reference improved character and scene consistency.

Worth knowing: The app generates prompts. You create the images and videos in separate tools.

The Hidden Cost of Fast AI Answers

A fast AI answer isn't always a coordinated one. When AI resolves B2B issues without looping in the teams responsible for them, confidence outpaces alignment. A new Harvard Business Review Analytic Services briefing paper, sponsored by Front, looks at closing that gap.

One useful move this week

Try one change to an image you already use. Compare it with the original before making another.

What would you try first: a new background, better lighting or different text? Hit reply.
